Any submission sent before or after the call dates, or those that do not follow the Guidance will be automatically rejected. Please do not use copyrighted material in your story. Please do not use song lyrics (unless you make them up).
Royalties are paid quarterly in arrears, with extremely competitive royalty rates (75%). Authors also receive five copies of the finished paperback, with the option to purchase more copies at a discounted rate for the length of the time the title remains in print.
Our aim is to respond to all submissions by 31st January. We will not be able to provide individual feedback on submissions, and please don’t take any rejection too hard. We have limited spaces in our release roster so please don’t stop subbing to us or other publishers when the chances arise.
If you have any questions, please either email us or message the Sinister Horror Company Facebook page and we’ll respond in due course.
